This policy explains how FitmentOS handles personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or use our services.

This Privacy Policy applies to the FitmentOS website, software, and related services that link to this policy. It does not apply to third-party websites, products, or services, even when they are linked from our services.

Depending on how you interact with FitmentOS, we may collect:

  • Commercial information, such as subscription, billing, transaction, and customer-service records.
  • Service data that you or your organization submit, including catalog, fitment, inventory, order, shipping, and integration data.

  • Information from integrations and third parties when you connect a marketplace, carrier, commerce platform, or other service.

We collect information directly from you, automatically through your use of the services, and from services you choose to connect.

  • Create and administer accounts and process transactions.
  • Respond to questions, support requests, and demo inquiries.
  • Monitor performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Send service messages and, where permitted, product or marketing communications.

We may share information with:

  • Service providers that support hosting, security, analytics, communications, billing, and customer support.
  • Connected services at your direction, such as marketplaces, carriers, and commerce platforms.

FitmentOS does not sell personal information for money. If we engage in activity that California law treats as a sale or sharing, we will provide the required notice and opt-out method, including honoring legally required preference signals.

You may submit a request at sales@fitmentos.com. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. We may verify identity, residency, and the agent’s authority before responding.

FitmentOS and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

The services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy periodically. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice when required by law.
