FitmentOS is divided into operational modules so each team can work from the same record without leaving the platform.
Core modules
- Orders for intake, review, hold states, and shipment release
- Warehouse for queue management, picking, packing, and shipping
- Purchasing for shortages, supplier coordination, and receiving
- Inventory for items, stock, barcodes, and warehouse balances
- Settings for users, integrations, defaults, and permissions
Recommended module flow
- Orders identifies what can ship now
- Purchasing covers what needs replenishment
- Warehouse executes physical work
- Inventory reflects the final stock position
Operational tip
- Train each team on the screens they own
- Keep shared status names consistent across modules
