Standard picking steps

• Open the next assigned pick task
• Confirm the source location
• Scan the item or barcode
• Pick the required quantity
• Move the task to the correct downstream station

Operator checks

• Stop if the location does not match
• Report short picks immediately
• Keep totes, carts, or bins labeled
• Separate damaged inventory from usable stock

• Review mis-pick trends
• Monitor partial pick volume
