• Similar package profile
• Orders already cleared through review
• High-volume release waves

Safe batch process

• Start with a tightly filtered queue
• Validate a small sample before running the batch
• Generate labels and monitor failures separately
• Reconcile shipment count against the source queue

Avoid batching when

• Orders need individual packaging decisions
• Inventory allocation is still changing
• Carrier service exceptions are common
• Customer-specific notes require manual review
