Standard station flow

• Receive the completed pick
• Verify item and quantity against the order
• Select packaging and confirm weight
• Generate the shipping label
• Close the shipment and stage it for pickup

Station best practices

• Keep packaging supplies within reach
• Use scanning before printing labels
• Recheck fragile or oversized items
• Route failed labels to an exception lane

Daily controls

• Balance label count to shipped count
• Void incorrect labels promptly
• Review unmanifested shipments before end of day
