• Bins with repeated adjustment history

Counting workflow

• Freeze the count scope if possible
• Count the bin or location physically
• Compare against the system quantity
• Record the variance and reason code
• Apply the adjustment with approval when required

• Track recurring variance by location
• Investigate process issues, not just quantity differences
• Share findings with receiving and picking leads
