Import Orders
Order imports bring external sales channels into the Orders Inbox so operators can review and release work from one place.
Before you import
- Confirm the store or channel connection is active
- Check the expected import schedule or trigger
- Verify tax, payment, and warehouse defaults
- Make sure duplicate protection rules are enabled
Import workflow
- Start the import from the connected channel or sync job
- Review the import summary for failures or skipped orders
- Open the Orders Inbox and confirm the new records arrived
- Resolve mapping errors before releasing the queue
If orders do not appear
- Check the integration status and last sync time
- Review filters in the inbox
- Confirm the external order meets import rules
- Retry only after identifying the failure reason
