Import Orders

Order imports bring external sales channels into the Orders Inbox so operators can review and release work from one place.

Before you import

  • Confirm the store or channel connection is active
  • Check the expected import schedule or trigger
  • Verify tax, payment, and warehouse defaults
  • Make sure duplicate protection rules are enabled

Import workflow

  • Start the import from the connected channel or sync job
  • Review the import summary for failures or skipped orders
  • Open the Orders Inbox and confirm the new records arrived
  • Resolve mapping errors before releasing the queue

If orders do not appear

  • Check the integration status and last sync time
  • Review filters in the inbox
  • Confirm the external order meets import rules
  • Retry only after identifying the failure reason
